Skoda Auto India has continued to expand its customer-centric initiatives with the inauguration of its first-ever Express Care facility at Kun Motor Enterprises in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Located at Perungudi on OMR Road, this facility further strengthens the brand’s aftersales network and commitment to enhancing the ownership experience, while also introducing Skoda Express Care, a new offering under the Skoda Super Care programme aimed at delivering greater convenience and efficiency to customers.
The aftersales facility spans 27,900 sq. ft. and is equipped with 16 service bays. Skoda Auto India currently has 10 Customer Touchpoints in Chennai and 31 Customer Touchpoints across 14 cities in Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, Coimbatore, Cuddalore, Dindigul, Hosur, Karur, Madurai, Namakkal, Pollachi, Salem, Thanjavur, Tiruppur, Trichy, and Vellore.

Available across the current Škoda model range for eligible periodic maintenance visits, Express Care is designed to deliver a more streamlined and efficient service experience while maintaining Skoda’s quality standards.
Over the past few years, Skoda Auto India has expanded its network from over 120 Touchpoints in 2021 to over 335 Touchpoints across 185 cities.
